Payment Terms and Conditions

Amounts to be debited or charged will be based on invoices issued by the school.
A minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice must be given by either the school or the payer to vary any payment arrangements.
Requests to vary or cease payment arrangements must be provided in writing by the school or payer. A notice period of fourteen (14) days is required.
Requests to cease payment arrangements must be directed to the school in the first instance. The school will, within fourteen (14) days of receiving such notice, cancel the arrangement. In the event of a payment being scheduled prior to the expiration of the fourteen (14) day notice period, that payment shall be made and applied to outstanding fees unless the school agrees to alternative arrangements.
In the event of a dispute concerning a payment, queries must first be directed to the school. An investigation will then be initiated. The school will provide an initial response within five (5) business days of the query being raised.
The school will at all times ensure the details of each payer remain confidential and will only be released to the school's or payer's financial institution as required to process payments.

Not all accounts held with financial institutions that are members of the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) are available for direct debiting. The payer should confirm the suitability of their account with their financial institution before completing this authorisation.
It is the payer's responsibility to ensure that account details are entered correctly on this authorisation.
It is the payer's responsibility to ensure sufficient clear funds are available in the nominated account prior to the due date for payment. If the due date falls on a non-business day, the payer should contact their financial institution to confirm when the payment will be processed.
In the event of a debit being returned unpaid by the payer's financial institution, the school may re-attempt the debit within a reasonable timeframe to ensure payment is effected. The payer will be responsible for any fees levied by either the school's or payer's financial institution resulting from non-payment.
When any payment due under this agreement has been agreed to be paid by way of direct debit, the payer agrees:
- Not to close the nominated account without first making alternative payment arrangements with the school;
- To maintain sufficient funds in the nominated account to cover scheduled payments.

The payer authorises the school to charge the nominated credit card for the agreed payment amounts on the scheduled dates.
It is the payer's responsibility to ensure the nominated credit card remains valid and has sufficient available credit prior to each scheduled payment date.
If a credit card payment is declined, the school may re-attempt the charge within a reasonable timeframe. The payer will be responsible for any fees resulting from failed payments.
The payer must notify the school immediately if the nominated credit card is cancelled, expired, or replaced. Failure to provide updated card details may result in missed payments and applicable fees.
Credit card details are stored securely in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). The school does not retain full card numbers.

PayTo is a digital payment method that allows the school to initiate payments from the payer's bank account in real time, subject to the payer's prior authorisation via their banking app.
The payer must approve the PayTo agreement through their financial institution's banking application before payments can be processed.
The payer may pause, modify, or cancel their PayTo agreement at any time through their banking app. However, the payer must notify the school of any changes to ensure fees remain up to date.
If a PayTo payment fails due to insufficient funds or a paused/cancelled agreement, the school may re-attempt the payment or contact the payer to arrange an alternative payment method.
The payer will be responsible for any fees resulting from failed PayTo payments.

PayID payments are initiated by the payer and are not automatically collected by the school. The payer is responsible for making each payment by the scheduled due date.
When making a PayID payment, the payer must use the reference provided by the school to ensure the payment is correctly allocated.
If a scheduled PayID payment is not received by the due date, the school may contact the payer to arrange payment. Late payment fees may apply.
The payer should confirm with their financial institution that their account supports PayID transfers before selecting this payment method.

BPAY payments are initiated by the payer through their financial institution's online banking, phone banking, or branch services.
The payer must use the Biller Code and Customer Reference Number (CRN) provided by the school to ensure the payment is correctly allocated.
It is the payer's responsibility to ensure BPAY payments are made by the scheduled due date. If the due date falls on a non-business day, the payer should initiate the payment on the preceding business day to ensure timely processing.
If a scheduled BPAY payment is not received by the due date, the school may contact the payer to arrange payment. Late payment fees may apply.
The payer should confirm with their financial institution that their account supports BPAY payments before selecting this payment method.
